sounds like i might have to pass for the tank, but if i want to do it for the fuge with all included, what you think it will run me? Sound like i wont need lenses as it wont be that deep. and i guess dimming.

i was thinkin to only do with the 12 led kit; you said that would be enough right? So that would save me about $75 and i should only need 1 driver then correct; saving me another $25. Again this is all only if you think 12 leds is enough. And if i am correct that would bring my total to $150, maybe $165 if i get a dimming driver.  Sound ok?

I think 12 LED will be enough, for a ten inch deep fug.
I'm not sure when i'm going to place the order, the discount we're getting isn't that great. I was going to wait to talk to everyone at the meet next week and see if it's even worth doing.
If you ordered the kits by yourself he offers free shipping, so it might not be worth doing the group buy.

Also being a complete moron with this, if I order them, is there a chance of ppl meting up to see how to put them together?

I wasn't planing on doing a group buy on other items like the heatsink, b/c everyone has specific needs.

If i ever get by butt in gear, and order my stuff, i'll put something together and share with the club. It's really not difficult, do your self a favor and look at the post's on RC on the topic, lots of info on how to wire/build everything.
